If your order is sent by Parcelforce (2 Kg and over), it will be sent out the same working
day and will be with you the next working day (Mainland UK). (Please note this is not a guaranteed service).
Providing your order is placed by
12:30 Monday - Friday.
For orders sent via Royal Mail (Under 2 Kg) and ordered before 4pm
please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
Items shipped to Europe please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Placing an order with meridianstar.co.uk is easy. There is no need to create an account. All orders must be placed online. (Regrettably we cannot accept orders by phone or fax at this time).
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact us.
1. Find the item(s) you would like to purchase.
2. Click the add to cart PayPal button of your choice.
3. When you have chosen your item(s) click the view cart button.
4. Check the item(s) is the correct one you would like to purchase and click proceed to checkout.
5. Sign in to PayPal with your email address and password then log in.
6. Review and submit your order.
7. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.
PAYMENT We accept transactions through PayPal Checkout.
DELIVERY All items depending on weight are sent either by Royal Mail with proof of postage or Courier which are tracked and traceable.
Higher weight items ie. above 2 Kg will require a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday - Saturday. (Mon-Fri Couriers)
Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until after 15 working days. If you have not received your order within this time, please email us so we can investigate this further.
If we have to replace any lost item, you will be required to fill out a lost item form which will be forwarded to you by Royal Mail.
Re-DELIVERY Royal Mail/Parcel Force will attempt to deliver twice to the address which we receive via PayPal and will leave a card, after which the item will be returned, to have it re-delivered will incur a charge.
RETURNS Any of our products can be returned within 10 days of receipt. We will not however be responsible for return postage costs. In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be given.
Items that are damaged will be refunded or replaced subject to availability and we will cover all postage costs in this event.
PRIVACY POLICY All information which we receive from you will only be used to fulfill your order and will not be passed to any third party. We may from time to time email you direct with any new products or price changes (never more than 4 times a year). We reserve the right to refuse any order should we choose to. Any orders not accepted will be refunded using the same method as payment.
To view what areas fall outside of mainland U.K please see below. If you would like your item posted to The Highlands/ Northern Ireland/Isle of Man/ Isle of Wight. Then choose the option on the drop down arrow. (Applicable only to items of 2 Kg and above).
For deliveries to Europe please use the appropriate option on the payment menu. Deliveries to Europe are not currently shipped for weights of 2 Kg or over.
Weights of 2 Kg and over will be sent by courier, and are tracked and traceable. Weights under 2 Kg will be sent by Royal Mail .
